You should be able to supply medical gases:

portable
liquid oxygen (200 litres)

The gases must:
have cylinders labelled with its contents and the dates when it was filled
have have the last test date stated on the cylinders
not be adulterated
It successful you will be contracted to supply the gases to 5 hospitals for a year.
