Elan Homes rescues Fylde development
Elan Homes has stepped in to rescue a stalled housing development in the Fylde coast village of Wrea Green.The independent housebuilder has acquired a part-built site to the west of Bryning Lane.Work ceased when the previous developer, Hollinwood Homes, went into administration in October 2019.Elan is set to re-start construction imminently, with the homes due to be released for sale in the summer.
