Build of two new 3G sports pitches in Dundee to be considered
Dundee City Council has announced it is proposing an investment of almost £250,000 into the creation of two new synthetic sports pitches in the city.The local authority’s neighbourhood services committee will be asked to approve £245,000 towards the construction costs of a nine-a-side 3G pitch at the Dundee North West Community Sports Hub on Charlotte Street and a seven-a-side pitch at Fairfield Community Sports Hub.
