A tender has been issued for trucks needed to collect solid waste.
Description
You should be able to supply 8 tons trucks that are 12m3.
The trucks will be procured in 2 lots and in 2 phases.
The total number of trucks needed is 300.
Lot 1 is for 144 solid waste collection trucks needed for phase 1
Lot 2 is for 156 trucks and will be procured after successful completion of lot 1
To bid you must:
have experience of being a main supplier for a similar contract within the last 5 years, at least 1 of the contracts should be valued at US$8.98 million (about £6.48 million)
prove the trucks have been in production for at least 3 years (2018 to 2020) and a minimum of 432 units of similar capacity have been sold and have been operating for at least 3 years (2018 to 2020)
demonstrate you can supply the type, size, and quantity of the goods required in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule in the bidding document
demonstrate your financial position shows profitability for the last 3 years (2018 to 2020)
be able to demonstrate average annual turnover (converted into US dollars) equivalent to US$22.46 million
have access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet any possible cash flow requirement that may arise during the execution of the contract
