The government is looking for a company to design, supply and install a battery energy storage system.
Description
You should be able to design, supply. install and commission an 80 megawatt to 200 megawatt-hour (MWH) battery energy storage system.
You should also be able to provide 2 years start-up operation support.
It is wanted for a utility-scale energy storage project.
The government has received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of the project.
To bid you have:
an average annual turnover of USD120 million (about £85,263,000) for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years
be able to demonstrate you financial obligations should not exceed the contact for this project of USD50 million (about £35,526,250)
Within the last 5 years you should also have participated in contracts of similar size and nature where you have:
supplied and provided installation of at least 1 utility-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) with capacity of not less than 30 MWh
supplied and installed utility scale BESS of not less than 120 MWh
supplied and installed at least 2 contracts greater than 20 MWh successfully operated for at least a year
