Riva Home reveals plans for new head office facility
Leeds-based Riva Home has set out plans for a new 375,000 sq ft head office and distribution centre.The site, which was previously occupied and owned by AGFA graphics, is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment due for completion in September.The facility will comprise 70,000 sq ft space for Riva Home’s head office, and more than 300,000 sq ft of warehousing. It is set to provide the home interiors business with the capacity to store more than 20,000 pallets and dispatch in excess of 80,000 orders per day.The expansion comes after Riva Home acquired Evans Lichfield, a Staffordshire-based manufacturer specialising in soft furnishings, in July 2020.
