The procurement covers the delivery of the Services to residents entitled to such a service either from the Council or from various West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).
The Commissioners want to ensure that, whenever possible, adults receive health and social care in their own homes in a way that is personalised, with a strong focus on individual well-being, choice and control. Providers appointed to the New Framework will support this aim through the provision of the Services.
