Revised apartment plans set to move forward
Revised plans for an apartment scheme on Rochdale Road look set to advance.The proposals concern the site of the former Oldham County Court building.The green light has already been given to transform the asset into 43 apartments.However, revisions have been made and approval is now being sought for 42 units instead.The changes have been made to meet the specific requirements of Arcon Housing Association, which will manage the accommodation.The application is set to go before Oldham Council’s planning committee on 9 June, with approval recommended.
