Modular housing manufacturer to create 200 jobs with new facility
A modular housing manufacturer has agreed a deal for a new base in Sheffield with plans to create 200 jobs over the next year.Liverpool-based IDMH Ltd has agreed a lease with joint agents Knight Frank and CPP on a 208,663 sq ft site at Tinsley Industrial Estate in Sheffield.The Tinsley Depot site, formerly home to brewer AB InBev UK, will become IDMH’s new design to manufacturing base as part of nationwide growth plans.AB InBev was represented by James Godfrey at Gerald Eve and agent for IDMH was Adam Robson of AKM Property Consultants.
