Work begins on £4.5m industrial park
Work has begun in Mansfield on a new speculative development of 18 industrial units – with agents saying that two-thirds of the scheme already under offer.Priority Space, working with HG Sites, is overseeing the £4.5m development of 36,250 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space at Aria Park.Twelve of the 18 units have already been reserved and enquiries are now invited for the remaining units ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to 2,750 sq ft. Aria Park stands on a 2.7 acre triangular parcel of land just off the A6191 Southwell Road West.Britcon is building the development with completion due in the late 2021 with Commercial Property Partners (CPP) marketing the units.
