Plans submitted for 130-home development
Plans have been lodged by housebuilder Taylor Wimpey for a development of more than 130 homes on a site in South Yorkshire.Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire, supported by DLP Planning and Sten Architecture, has submitted an application to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for a residential development on land to the north of Kilnhurst Road, Rawmarsh.The 10.5-acre plot is primarily greenfield land and is allocated for housing.Planning permission is sought for a development of 135 new homes, with a range of two-to-four bedroom properties proposed.The plans also include open space and landscaped areas.
