Approval lined up for residential scheme
Plans to build a residential scheme in Liverpool look set to secure approval next week.Proposed is a three-storey block of 26 apartments positioned along the Sefton Park Road frontage.A two-storey mews development of cottage flats is also lined up.In total, there would be 42 units.The site would be developed by Sanctuary Housing as an over-55s development for affordable rent, with the application set to go before Liverpool Council’s planning committee on 6 July.Approval has been recommended.
