Plans in for 60-home scheme
An application has been submitted for the development of 60 homes near Bromsgrove town centre.Living Space Housing has lodged plans with Bromsgrove District Council to build the residential properties on a 4.27-acre site off Perryfields Road.The site forms part of an allocation for more than 1,300 new homes. Living Space has filed the proposals in conjunction with Worcester-based PDR Developments.Designed by the Birmingham office of architects Stephen George and Partners, the proposals are for a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes of multiple tenures.
