A public hospital has issued a tender for personal protective equipment.
The tender has been divided into 3 parts:
Part 1 is for protective overalls, it wants:
500 in large size
2,000 in XL and XXL sizes
It wants disposable protective clothing (overalls with a hood) that provide CE protection of category III:
of type 5/6 and protect against biological risks
that give protection against very fine particles and splashes of dangerous liquid chemicals
zipper with adhesive flap for increased protection
that contain pictograms that meet the requirements of quality, certification and treatment
with a non-woven antistatic fabric
that has a minimum product life of 36 months
The clothing must meet standards:
EN ISO 13982-1: 2004 (type 5)
EN 13034: 2005 (type 6)
EN 14126: 2003 (type 5-B, 6-B)
EN 1149-5: 2008
EN 1073-2: 2002 or equivalent standard
Part 2 is for FFP2 8,000 respirators
shaped or folding protective respirator class FFP2 without valve, (virus protection) in universal size, made of electrostatic filter material with filter technology with low resistance to breathing
embossed top panel reducing fogging of the glasses
have a minimum product life of 36 months
that should be of EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009, or equivalent standard
Part 3 is for 5,000 FFP3 respirators
folding protective respirator class FFP3 made in universal size from electrostatic filter material with filtration technology with low resistance to breathing and with covered exhalation valve – double-sided filtration or without exhalation valve
3 panel construction with a nose clip for individual shaping according to the ergonomics of the wearer with internal soft foam to eliminate the pressure of the nose clip
they should have a minimum product life of 36 months
they should be of EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009, or equivalent standard
