LiveWest set to build more than 700 rural homes
A housing association has outlined plans to build 758 homes in rural areas across the South West over the next two years.The news comes In the week of Rural Housing Week – a yearly event organised by the National Housing Federation. LiveWest has built 688 rural homes in the past two years and invested more than £33m in rural homes during the last financial year.In the next 12 months, LiveWest is planning to develop 56 homes in Cornwall, 116 in Devon, 180 in Somerset, eight in the West of England and an additional ten in other areas.It means about a third of LiveWest’s development programme centres around rural housing.
