Approval lined up for Crewe development
Plans for a 400-strong housing scheme in Crewe look set to advance next week.Mulbury Homes and Torus62 Development are behind the plans, which concern a site on Flowers Lane.Outline approval was approved in January 2018, with the reserved matters application drawn up in July 2020.Proposed are a mix of one-four bedroom properties including bungalows, houses and apartment blocks.It has been designed to “sensitively sit alongside” the wider residential development in the area.Of the 400 homes, there would be a 30 per cent affordable provision.The plans are set to go before Cheshire East Council’s planning committee on 14 July, with a recommendation for approval.
