II.2.4) Description of the procurement

North Ayrshire Council/ HSCP required a system to replace the current CareFirst Social care system. The system will include case management for children’s social care, adult social care, Criminal Justice legislation and, finance with a system that meets the Scottish Government’s Cloud First agenda.
