Almost 80 homes secure council backing
The proposed development of almost 80 homes on agricultural land in Lincolnshire has been backed by the council.Ashwood Homes lodged plans with South Holland District Council to build 75 properties on land off Sunnydale Close in Surfleet, Spalding.Measuring approximately seven acres, the application site is currently in agricultural use.The project comprises a mixture of one, two, three and four-bed properties, with 11 allocated as affordable housing.The application was reviewed by the council’s planning committee on 21 July.The project has been approved, subject to conditions.
