Consultation to be held on Barton-upon-Humber plans
Plans for a residential development to the south of Barton-upon-Humber are set to go out for public consultation.Banks Property is bringing forward proposals for a 62-acre site to the east of the A15 and south of Horkstow Road, which would include a mix of up to 400 homes of different sizes and types, including affordable housing.The plans for the site also include additional accessible areas of public open space, as well as new footpaths, wetland areas, wildlife habitats and local road links.As part of the next stage of its community consultation work, Banks will host an online forum from 6.30pm on Monday 23 August at which they will provide an update on the latest project developments and taking questions.Banks Property has also set up a dedicated web page containing key information about its plans.A planning application is expected to be submitted to North Lincolnshire Council later this year.
