A pipeline has been launched for NHS South East London CCG – Learning Disability and Autism Health Ambassador Programme Support.The contract start Date is 1 October 2021. Approach to market date is 17 August 2021.Future opportunity: NHS South East London CCG (SEL CCG) is seeking to identify a suitable service provider to support the delivery of the CCG’s Learning Disability & Autism Health Ambassador Programme.The provider will lead on the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of engagement events and will work with existing borough-based initiatives in South East London in support of people with diagnosed learning disabilities and/or autism.The CCG intends to issue the advertisement and invitation to interested providers via Contracts Finder on 17th August 2021.This opportunity is a below-threshold contract and in line with PPN 11/20 the CCG intends to reserve participation in this procurement to the following suppliers:- for Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) / Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) – this means only SMEs and VCSEs are eligible to bid- for suppliers within the South East London area; namely the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. Suppliers based outside this area are not eligible to bid.The CCG intends to award one contract as a result of this procurement exercise and would invite suppliers to form sub-contracting relationships and arrangements where required in order to cover the specified geography.The total funding for this pilot contract is £130,000.00 (inclusive of VAT). The CCG expects the start date of the contract to be 1 October 2021; the project will run for a 12-month period.Interested organisations are asked to ensure they monitor Contracts Finder for the opportunity advertisement to be published on 17 August 2021 and follow the instructions therein to respond to the procurement and submit a bid.The CCG intends to run this procurement using the ProContract portal (link below). Interested organisations should ensure they register an account on the portal in advance to ensure they can access the procurement documentation once published.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
