Cheshire-based property company Muller has submitted proposals for a canal side development in Burnley on a brownfield site.Muller has lodged plans seeking planning permission on the 5.4 acre former Lodge Mill site. The Muller proposal includes the creation of a green corridor along the canal with a number of properties fronting directly onto the water.Muller has a long history in building, development and land promotion across the North West. A number of recently acquired developments in Greater Manchester and Lancashire form part of a new brownfield land division for the business headed up by Stephen Howard.
