County Durham firm brokers £2.2m property deal
A property development company has secured £2.2m to fund a student scheme in a deal led by County Durham-based Commercial Expert Ltd.The business finalised two bridging loans for OJ Property Sourcing and Development Ltd.OJ will now start work on a 47-bed student house of multiple occupation (HMO) project in Nottingham.One bridging loan of £217,000 was provided by Together Finance while the additional £1.82m was provided by Tuscan Capital.
