Major Elgin plans to be showcased at citys Cooper Park
PLans for the revamp of Elgin are to be showcased this Saturday (August 28) in the city’s Cooper Park.The Moray Council event will run from 10am until 4pm, with it allowing residents to speak directly to the team behind the plans – which include a £39 million cultural quarter, redevelopment of the park itself and improved transport routes.A pop-up QR code trail will also be in offer. Once completed, participants will be asked for their input on the planned regeneration on South Street and High Street, down to the North Port precinct, Cooper Park and the Town Hall.
