The College is seeking a cost effective and efficient waste management service, which complies with current and future legislation, and supports its objectives to improve environmental performance.
The contract will cover collection and disposal of waste at our 3 sites; King’s Lynn, Cambridge and Wisbech.
Types of waste to be collected and disposed include general waste, food waste, recycling, clinical, hazardous and confidential. Full details can found on the tender document.
The scope of work comprises of the provision of a comprehensive service including the collection, removal and disposal of controlled waste from the College. The contract shall have a key focus on waste minimisation, recovery, and recycling.
