OakNorth backs Brighton scheme
OakNorth Bank has provided a £2.7m investment facility for a new residential development in Brighton.The institution has backed Martin Homes, a specialise in new-build and conversion scheme with sites across London, Sussex, Surrey and Kent.The capital will refinance a loan that was used to develop a 14-unit project in the centre of Brighton.
