A tender will shortly be issued for mattresses and linen needed for prisoners.
This is notification of a Future Procurement Opportunity (FPO).
The New Zealand Department of Corrections is planning to issue a tender for prisoner mattresses and linen.
The tender is expected to be published in September 2021 and have a closing date to submit your proposals of November 2021.
The tender will have 2 lots.
Lot 1 will be for mattresses (CRIB 7 standard).
Lot 2 will be for linen, it should be fire-resistant and include but not be limited to:
pillows
duvets
pillow and duvet covers
towels
blankets
The contract will start from 1 July 2022.
