Developer secures site for first Devon scheme
A Cornish developer has secured a site for its first housing scheme in Devon.St Austell-based Gilbert & Goode, part of Ocean Housing Group, has purchased three acres in the west Devon village of Folly Gate, near Okehampton.It plans to build a total of 23 homes – 16 open market and seven affordable.Subject to planning approval, work is forecast to begin on site in autumn 2022, with the show home opening in spring 2023.
