Work starts on NHS site transformation
Work has started on the transformation of a former NHS site to provide new apartments in Birmingham.The initiative for 411 Slade Road is being driven by The Pioneer Group on behalf of Stockland Green Community Housing (SGCH), and developed by JHD Partnership Housing Ltd.Plans involve the creation of eight two-bed and six one-bed apartments on the site of a former NHS outpatient clinic.The properties will each have a fitted kitchen, communal garden, parking and private access.The apartments will be made available to occupy in the summer of 2022.
