Plans unveiled for Worcestershire commercial project
Schroder UK Real Estate Fund has unveiled plans for a 45,000 sq ft commercial project at Hartlebury Trading Estate in Worcestershire.Hartlebury 45 will provide warehouse and office space at the commercial estate, as well as a 538 sq ft yard area and 61 car parking spaces.SREF recently announced that assistive devices developer ETAC had signed a pre-let agreement for a purpose-built 30,000 sq ft distribution facility at Hartlebury Trading Estate, while a trio of lettings at units 16a, 71 and 334 were all completed within weeks of going to the market.
