Work to start on Worcestershire housing scheme as land sale completes
Piper Homes has completed the purchase of land off The Common (A443) in Abberley Common, Worcestershire, with work due to start on a housing scheme imminently.Located just over 10 miles from both Worcester and Tenbury Wells, the new development, called Village Meadows, will deliver a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, including two bedroom bungalows – 25 homes in total.It is expected that the first homes will be ready for people to move into in spring 2022.Planning for the new homes was granted in April, with support from Zebra Architects and RCA Regeneration.
