Up to 262 homes planned for Coventry site
Plans have been lodged for the construction of up to 262 homes to the north east of Coventry city centre.Brandon Planning & Development Ltd and Caddick Residential are seeking outline approval to build the properties on land south of Sutton Stop.The application site extends to 26.91 acres and comprises four irregular shaped fields. Dwellings are likely to be proposed in detached, semi-detached and terraced formats, with 25 per cent allocated as affordable housing.It is anticipated that 41 per cent of the site would be green open space, which includes the provision of a children’s play area.
