The machine will be used to produce 3D structure using high powered lasers with different metal powder and metal alloy mixture powder.
It must be able to produce or repair critical metallic body and parts as per the 3D design.

be capable of finishing the full parts in one set-up

have a large build volume so that it can process larger parts to build or repair

be capable of 5 axis motion for the manufacturing and repair complex parts
have a closed loop type control mechanism to ensure consistency
have Computer Numerical Control machining capability
be capable of building inconel alloys, stainless steels and titanium alloys
have a user friendly user interface
