Terra Strategic lodges plans for Warwickshire scheme
Terra Strategic has submitted plans for almost 40 homes as part of a new community in Warwickshire.The company is seeking the go-ahead for 35 properties on a site located off Banbury Road.The land is located within the Gaydon and Lighthorne Heath settlement, where a total of 3,000 homes and new community facilities will be provided.Designed by Pegasus Urban Design, Terra’s scheme comprises a range of one to four-bedroom units, 35 per cent of which would be allocated as affordable housing.A total of 80 parking spaces are also included in the plans.
