Lovell wins approval for £100m Ludgershall scheme
Housing developer Lovell has secured the green light to start construction on a £100m housing scheme in Ludgershall.The housebuilder was appointed in March 2020 by Homes England as its development partner to bring forward 412 homes on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot, now known as Drummond Park.Contracts have now completed and construction work on the first homes is set to commence this month, with a scheduled completion date of early 2027.The first open-market homes will be available for sale in January 2022.
