– to maintain a healthy and productive workforce in a cost-effective and proactive manner,
– support the management of absence,
– to facilitate an employer duty of care to staff and their dependants,
– to provide the resources to inform and assist Employees in their everyday life,
– to minimise corporate risk; and to understand and actively improve the outcomes gained by accessing EAP.
