Godwin Developments secures site for commercial scheme
Godwin Developments has secured a site opposite Uttoxeter railway station which it intends to transform into a new commercial scheme.The Brookside Road site is located near a 22,873 sq ft Lidl supermarket on Town Meadows Way which opened in October 2021.The developer said the land is suited to a range of coffee, food-to-go and fast food operators and has the potential to create jobs.Law firm Shakespeare Martineau provided legal advice on the deal, while commercial property consultancy Rushton Hickman acted as land agents.
