Work underway on Bristol development
Work has started on a residential development at McArthur’s Yard in Bristol.A ground-breaking event has taken place at the harbourside site, which upon completion will comprise 142 new-build homes for market sale, shared ownership and social rent.Commercial space and a café are also lined up for the scheme, which is being brought forward by The Guinness Partnership and The Hill Group.Andy Hill, chief executive of Hill Group, believes Bristol has a “growing demand for housing”.
