Pipeline Framework: Measurement Support
A pipeline has been launched for Measurement Support. The contract start Date is 1 January 2022. Approach to market date is 3 December 2021.NHS England are looking to contract with an organisation to provide a measurement support function as part of the National Patient Safety Improvement Programmes measurement strategy delivered by the AHSN Network’s Patient Safety Collaboratives (PSCs)). Support, to-date, has focussed on the assurance aspect of the programmes. This has enabled the supplier to set up appropriate data processing arrangements across the Academic Health Science Networks to capture and measure the delivery of the programmes. The supplier will require to have existing relationships and data channels set up to provide measurement support to the NatPatSIPs and the Patient safety Collaboratives. Therefore they will require existing data sharingagreements in place as detailed above with the required parties; royal colleges, provider organisations, PSC and NHSE to be able to deliver the ask They will require, the required knowledge and analytical skills in place to respond to the time critical delivery required of the ask. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly. When a public sector organisation publishes a pipeline notice, it does not necessarily mean that an opportunity will be offered in the future. For more information contact: Business and management consultancy services, The abovementioned address, Leeds LS2 7UE.
