Pipeline Framework: External Repairs Programme (Dwellings and Blocks) Project 2022/23 – 2028-29
A pipeline has been launched for External Repairs Programme (Dwellings and Blocks) Project 2022/23 – 2028-29.The contract start Date is 11 July 2022. Approach to market date is 3 December 2021.The aim of this contract is to deliver External Repairs and Painting (ERP) Work to our existing stock, including (but not limited to):Undertake External Repairs and Painting to blocks (including sheltered blocks)Undertake External Concrete Repairs to blocks (including sheltered blocks)Undertake Internal Repairs and Painting to communal circulation areas of blocks (including sheltered blocks)Undertake planned works such as window and communal door replacements to blocks (including sheltered blocks)Undertake External Repairs and Painting to dwellings (single family dwellings)Undertake works to External Paths, Boundary Walls and Retaining Walls within the ERP locations each year.Undertake Garage Repair Works within the ERP locations each year.There will also be an option built into the specification via a Schedule of Rates to undertake some Fire Safety Works to blocks if they are known to be requiredThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
