United Kingdom-Prescot: Fusion21 Empty Buildings Refurbishment and Security Framework – Framework Lead
The current contract for Fusion21 Empty Buildings Refurbishment and Security Framework – Framework Lead is projected to end on 03-DEC-22 and may be available for retender. The Fusion21 Empty Buildings Refurbishment and Security Framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 Members (including but not exclusive to property owners in the residential, education, health, local and central government sectors) to save money and generate social value. Void / empty building works and services are extremely important functions to our Members and it is vital to be able to manage these properties and ensure they are repaired and refurbished to the standard required in the best time required. Fusion21 is seeking to appoint contractors who can deliver these works/services to a high standard. The Framework is split into two (2) separate lots to cover the refurbishment works as well as the site security, clearance and cleaning services required for these types of works.
