Living Space Housing secures site for affordable residential project
Living Space Housing has secured a site in Worcestershire to pave the way for an affordable residential project.Formerly part of Gwillams Farm in Bevere, the site is located off Bevere Lane and adjacent to A449 Ombersley Road. It is also adjacent to Bellway’s recently completed Cherry Tree Place and Cherry Orchard developments.Living Space is aiming to create about 75 homes within the eastern part of the land, in order to retain the open parkland setting of the neighbouring historic properties.The company will shortly be undertaking pre-application consultation with Wychavon District Council and key stakeholders, prior to preparing a planning application in 2022.
