A pipeline has been launched for UK Export Finance – Upcoming procurement for a political and credit risk insurance & brokerage services framework agreements.The contract start Date is 1 June 2022. Approach to market date is 31 January 2022.Political Risk Insurance Framework (Brokerage Services and UK Export Finance (“the Authority”) has a potential requirement for framework agreements for political and credit risk insurance & brokerage services .The proposed procurement will entail services for the proposed framework agreement for both the Brokerage services and insurance panel in relation to political and credit risk.Lot structure:* Lot 1 Insurance brokerage services*Lot 2 Insurance panelThe purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is a development to publication of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) in July 2021 (Reference: ), In July 2021, the Department for International Trade on behalf of UK Export Finance sought feedback from the supplier market on some preliminary elements of scope via qualitative questionnaire.The market engagement was effective, a broad selection of interested Potential Service providers participated through qualitative questionnaire and raised clarification questions. This approach allowed the Authority to gain some insights and test the market’s capacity and capability to deliver the requirement as currently described.The approach set out our initial thinking and has subsequently evolved in light of feedback received from the market, internally and lessons learned.
