Major commercial scheme planned for West Bromwich
An application has been submitted proposing the construction of a pair of major commercial units in West Bromwich.Revelan Group has lodged hybrid plans to redevelop an 8.2-acre vacant site on Brandon Way. Outline permission is sought for Unit 1, which would extend to 74,595 sq ft, while full permission is sought for Unit 2, totalling 75,830 sq ft.Unit 2 would comprise warehousing and office space, along with 42 car parking spaces, including four disabled spaces, four electric vehicle charging bays and 43 trailer bays.
