Green light for over 100 affordable homes at Bexley regeneration scheme
L&Q and Anderson have been granted permission by the London Borough of Bexley to deliver the next phase of homes at its award-winning regeneration project.The new phase will deliver 145 new homes comprising 32 apartments for outright sale and 113 affordable houses for rent and shared ownership.The homes will form part of The Quarry, a landmark development being delivered by L&Q and Anderson in Erith, south-east London, which is creating a collection of more than 800 homes on the site of a disused quarry.Acting as the gateway to The Quarry, the new phase will be located adjacent to a new primary school, also being delivered as part of the project.The phase will also create 540 square metres of new retail and commercial space, parking and cycle storage provision, landscaped open space, and increased connectivity to the wider masterplan.
