Galliford Try scoops £56m Milton Keynes PRS job
Galliford Try’s Building business has clinched a £56m contract to build a private rented sector scheme in Milton Keynes.The Secklow Gate site on Avebury Boulevard close to the centre of the town, will be developed to deliver 329 PRS flats, across four buildings varying up to 11 storeys in height.In addition, the building incorporates flexible commercial space dedicated car parking spaces.
