Surveillance system for NATO Airbase at Buchel in Germany.
Production of the double fence as a safety fence. The fence line will be a perimeter barrier to protect against forced entry of pedestrians and vehicles.
This system is to be designed to deter and delay pedestrians and vehicles as specified in the SoW. Fence line will include sliding aircraft doors, car traffic on 2 berths, vehicle locks and empty pipe systems.
Electronic systems to include:
monitoring technology
soil detection
fence monitoring
video technology – fixed and swivelling zoom cameras
lightening protection
Installation of central technology and monitoring stations in the 2 berths with redundant video surveillance centres at various locations.
Installation of a redundant management systems incl 2 server locations, network monitoring and gate control.
Adaption of supply and disposal lines in the areas of the fence lines and gate systems. Active vehicle security barriers are placed at the driveways and aircraft doors.
Passive vehicle security barriers are placed area by area at the double fence system.
Contract is intended to as a whole but may be split.
Applicants must be cleared for NATO Restricted.
Applications to supply private extension systems or other telecommunication installations, which are to be connected with Public Telecommunications network, may only be submitted by firms licensed to do so by the Bundesnetzagentur fur Elektrizitat Gas, Telekommunikation, Post und Eisenbahnen – B NetzA – Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn. A photostat copy of the licence must be submitted with the application.
