Worcestershire County Council is advertising the opportunity for Providers of Older People, People with Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments and People living with dementia Day Services to apply to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We are looking for services that support adults with learning disabilities by ensuring that there is a choice of high quality Day Services which are personalised to people’s needs, promote independence and help them to be included within their local communities. In order to join the DPS, a Provider will be required to meet exclusion and selection criteria as set out in the standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the OP/PD/SI/Dementia Evaluation Questionnaire. Successful Providers will be admitted on to the DPS and will be invited to participate in future tendering opportunities via the Brokerage Team. The duration of this DPS will be from 1.4.2018 to 30.9.2020.
