The current contract for Grounds maintenance services – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 22-JAN-23 and may be available for retender. Grounds Maintenance Services 2018 – 2022.
Grounds Maintenance Services 2018 – 2022.
The Council is inviting tenders to undertake the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services to its various Schemes and Locations. The contract is split into 4 Lots and all or some may be tendered for:
Lot 1 Central Park, Acacia Hall, Manor Gatehouse and Hesketh Park.
Lot 2 Housing and Sheltered Housing Areas.
Lot 3 Worcester Park and Saxon Park.
Lot 4 Darenth Country Park, Dartford Heath, Council Open Spaces and Car Parks.
The contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following works:
– Grass Cutting.
– Grass Edging.
– Turf Maintenance.
– Flower Bed Maintenance.
– Shrub/Herbaceous Bed Maintenance.
– Rose Bed Maintenance.
– Hedge Maintenance.
– Planting, establishment and maintenance of Seasonal Bedding Schemes.
– Ivy removal / Weed Treatment.
– Minor Tree Maintenance / Watering.
– Side Flailing.
– Alleyway Clearance.
– Sports facilities.
The contract is for a period of 5 years with an option to extend of up to 5 years at the sole discretion of the Council.
