Industrial warehouse development set for fire-ravaged site
A new 29,956 sq ft industrial warehouse development is set to be built in Bolton on a fire-ravaged site. Millfield Estates has revealed the facility will be based on the Firwood Industrial Estate, which was devastated by a fire two years ago. The commercial property investors will invest a seven-figure sum into the construction of the new property named ARION, with construction due to start early in Q2. The building will offer 8m eaves, 300kVA power supply, extensive car parking, four level electrically operated loading doors and offices with LED lighting and double glazed windows.Millfield Estates aims to have the building, which will offer E(g)(iii), B2 and B8 uses, completed early in 2023. It is now available either to let or for sale through property agents Lamb & Swift.
