Fife set to welcome three new council housing developments
THREE new council housing developments have been approved in Fife, with work anticipated to get underway this summer.The three developments at New Flockhouse, Lochore; Fair Isle Road, Kirkcaldy; and Bellyeoman Road, Dunfermline will provide affordable homes for over 100 families.Completion of the Kirkcaldy development is expected to take 12 months while the council said the development in Dunfermline should take about two years and the Lochore site may take between two and three years to complete.
